• Salary range for Maintenance Technician : $27.05-34.12 / hour, based on experience

• Schedule : must be available to work 8 hour, permanent nights (fulltime), with training on second shift

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Birmingham, as the Maintenance Technician :

• Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot equipment

• Make necessary mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs on all the equipment

• Conduct maintenance and safety audits daily.

• Communicate information to fellow maintenance employees, maintenance manager and production employees

• Complete necessary maintenance paperwork.

• Be able to work with Continuous Improvement Projects

• Maintain 6S

• Perform all duties in a safe manner

• Any other duties assigned by management

There's nobody quite like you! Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths:

• 
  Minimum three years experience in manufacturing environment

• Reliability lead experience is preferred

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety Rules and Regulations

• Knowledge in all areas of electrical, specializing in industrial

• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

• Knowledge of machine controls, Relay logic, PLC controls and AC/DC drives is required

• Robotic experience

• Initiative, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

• When applicable, weekend work and overtime are mandatory

• Must be able to pass a maintenance exam.

• Previous experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and schematics is ideal
