Cascade Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center is a busy Specialty Clinic with locations in both Hood River and The Dalles. This is a full time position based in our clinic in The Dalles. We require professional experience within a similar role and a high level of customer service within a medical office setting. Your experience could come from reception work, medical billing, collections, referrals or medical records. We are a team with the drive to ensure our patients receive great care and excellent service.

Job Duties:

• Greeting patient's
• Scheduling
• Over the counter payments
• Insurance management
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Incoming and outgoing faxing
• Insurance prior authorizations
• Incoming and outgoing referrals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
