Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty is currently looking for a Managing Broker for Gleneden Beach. The Managing Broker is responsible for motivating and leading a team of real estate sales associates in their office. In addition, the Managing Broker handles the recruiting to promote office growth, as well as the training to ensure the success of their sales associates.

Management and Leadership:

• Leads all residential sales activities within branch offices
• Promotes the company services and products
• Accountability for achieving branch office production and performance goals
• Provides coaching, conducts face to face meetings and business planning sessions with Sales Associates to help them achieve their productivity goals
• Leads sales meetings to help Sales Associates achieve goals
• Conducts weekly training

Recruiting:

• Manages the recruiting process for both new and experienced Sales Associates
• Reports progress on all recruiting and retention activities

Marketing:

• Work with the Marketing Department to provide sales tools and brochures for Sales Associates
• Implementing and managing various programs established by the company to achieve objectives
• Demonstrates mastery of key sales tools within the office, coaches and trains Sales Associates on the use of all tools
• Responsible for condition and maintenance of the office and supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Professional Associations:

• Active in local, state, national Board of Realtors is a must

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
