Job Title: Barista

Job Description:

As a Barista at Casalena, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service. We are committed to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for both our guests and employees, with a focus on elevating our coffee program to new heights of excellence. We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about coffee to join our team. Other FOH experience a plus.

Barista:

• Experience in preparing espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos.
• Ability to steam and froth milk to create creamy and textured foam for drinks.
• Proficiency in operating coffee machines and other equipment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and take orders accurately.

In addition to specialized skills, all Barista candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role, other FOH experience a plus
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards for food and beverage service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
