Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities
- Support in Promotion and Brand Management: Assist in the execution of an omni-channel marketing strategy, ensuring the timely promotion of initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand awareness. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop clear brand stories and ensure compliance with brand standards across all communication channels.
- Social Media and Digital Content: Aid in the management of company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google My Business) by creating content, writing copy, and posting regularly. Engage with our community daily and contribute to the growth of our social media following.
- Email Marketing and Web Management: Assist in the development and management of the email marketing calendar. Contribute to copywriting and execution of promotional emails. Help manage the company websites, ensuring accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Community Engagement and Neighborhood Marketing: Support initiatives to cultivate a growing community of “raving fans.” Assist in developing and managing community impact campaigns, and engage with neighborhood entities to expand our community outreach.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and management of annual and monthly marketing plans and content calendars. Assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and location-specific initiatives.
