Casa Bonita Denver is Hiring a Table Assistant Near Lakewood, CO

Position/Title: Table Assistant

Reporting: Reports directly to Lead Table Attendant and MOD.

Description: Assist Table Service team to meet the guest service standards of Casa Bonita. Work with Table Service team by restocking, bussing, trash removal, dishwashing, running, and any other task needed. Meeting standards in cleanliness, opening, service, and closing of service stations and sections. Willing to work in the positions of Expo Runner and Barback in rotation with other team members.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and interacting with all guests to help create a magical experience when on the floor.
Maintain fully stocked and clean service stations and sections.
Checks out with direct supervisor and finishes any tasks requested.
May be asked to do other tasks as needed.
Performs all job-related functions in a cordial, friendly manner that is committed to exceeding guest and team member expectations.

Execute all service standards.
Executes all table service requirements for regular and event service.
Assists in any department or any role where needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a busser or barback is preferred.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
Able to multitask.
Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required along with the ability to work well under pressure.
