Dishwasher
Be in correct uniform, practice positive personal hygiene.
Use required safety equipment (hat/net/gloves/non slip shoes)
Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment
Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for the entire shift
Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store dishes
and equipment
Must be able to lift, handle, and carry small wares, equipment, supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds
Collecting dirty items from stations
Moving clean items to storage areas
Helping other team members to unload and store deliveries
Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets on a daily basis
Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly
Maintaining the availability of clean dishes at all times
Washes, stores and stocks all plate ware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other small wares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand to meet the needs of the business
Checks dish machine to be sure it is operating correctly and immediately reports any defects to a member of the management team
Checks, on a frequent basis, the water temperature of the dish machine during dishwashing operation to ensure correct temperature
Assist other staff members with tasks when the need arises
Taking out the trash
Daily and weekly cleaning lists
Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise
Checks out with manager and finishes any tasks requested
May be asked to do other tasks as needed
Performs all job-related functions in a cordial friendly manner committed to exceeding team member expectations
Position Requirements:
Must have previous experience
Must be over 18 years of age
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, run during complete working shift
Must be able to communicate clearly with team for all responsibilities of the job.
Must attend all orientation and training shifts
Must complete 90 day probationary period
Able to work effectively independently as well as part of the team
Able to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required as well as the ability to work well under pressure
Willing to follow procedures and take direction
Supportive of other team members
Can compete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, holidays and special events. All shifts include a minimum of one weekend day.
PTO Blackout period from Thanksgiving week till January. (Though we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas for employees to spend with their families.)
