Chiropractic or PT Experience REQUIRED!!!!! The Cary Spine Clinic is growing so fast we're hiring! (www.caryspineclinic.com) We are looking to hire a Full time staff member for our beautiful office in Waverly Place. We are looking for an extroverted, friendly, team player who is looking for a rewarding position running the front office, and helping treat patients with Class IV Laser Therapy, Spinal Decompression Therapy, and our Neuropathy Program. (Prior experience with these treatments is a plus but not required.) NCCA certification a plus!

We will provide the training for treatments, as well as coursework for national certifications required to treat patients. Prior front desk experience is RERQUIRED! Our office is very patient centric in a professional, warm and friendly environment.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with medical administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Help assist with treatments (Class IV Laser, Neuropathy, Spinal Decompression, EMS)
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a chiropratic and PT office is a required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records

Salary range $17-$19 per hour based upon experience. We provide medical coverage, paid time off, as well as 401k with match (after provisional period).

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 34 per week
