Position Summary:

You will operate the equipment and perform all necessary production tasks which bring our vehicle wraps to life. You with use your eye for quality and details to ensure production work is to spec and meets department standards. You will have a literal hand in both wrapping and unwrapping vehicles with a high degree of precision and care.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs safe machine setup and operation to generate vehicle wraps to spec for installation and/or shipment
• Carefully installs and/or deinstalls vehicle graphics and/or wraps onto/from vehicle surfaces to spec and without error or vehicle damage
• Ensures quality control measures are in place and issues/concerns receive escalation and appropriate urgency
• Works efficiently and effectively to ensure production milestones are met; communicates status, particularly any hiccups or shortfalls needing to be addressed
• Utilizes variety of materials appropriately and precisely while applying proper installation techniques to each medium
• Operates print and any peripheral equipment and tools to properly and precisely cut, weed, mask, and install vinyl lettering
• Prepares packages for timely and efficient shipping and coordinates carriers
• Supports all job and department process improvement initiatives to include finding and recommending ways to perform work more efficiently and effectively, drafting/updating procedures, etc. sa
• Performs special duties, projects or other tasks as assigned by department or company leadership

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or the equivalent required
• Working experience in a print or vinyl shop to include application/production
• Minimum 2 years prior graphics installation experience, preferably in vehicle decal installation environment preferred
• One to three years printing experience to include operating large or wide format printers and related peripheral and finishing equipment strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. routinely during shift
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, bend for sustained periods of time
• Ability to reach overhead to lift and place or remove objects on or from shelves
