About Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club
A revolutionized dining, drinking and entertainment establishment opening mid-September across from Vivint Arena in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway. Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex will feature a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling.
Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing all of the marketing material for all of Flanker Kitchen and Sporting Club’s social media channels. The social media outlets include but are not limited to the following: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and any other relevant platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of all Flanker Kitchen and Sporting Club and their events.
Protects establishment, guests and employees by adhering to Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
Develops social media calendars and works with the Marketing Department.
Maintains a proactive approach in managing, monitoring and updating all social media accounts.
Ensures that all departments/employees are aware of the company’s social media practices.
Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.
Promotes upcoming events by interacting with social media following as well as other members of the industry.
Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all employees.
Engages following on all social media platforms
Spreads awareness for future events.

Active knowledge of all popular and new social media outlets.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to edit photos and video.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of sports and events (especially local)
Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
A friendly, attentive attitude.
Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.
