Prep Cook Job Description
Reports To Head Chef/Sous Chef
Job Summary
Accurately and skillfully prepare line components and meals according to the recipes provided by the chef and the weekly prep schedule. Assist with specialty in-house, delivery and event items.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities

Train with SC and the Chef for your position. Receive and seek follow up training.

Demonstrate proficient knife skills

Maintain a well-managed station (clean and prepped as specified)

Carefully follow the weekly prep schedule on the wall. Read and follow recipes precisely.

Carefully follow the daily station prep list and see the Chef for review

Leave the station clean and ready for the next cook
