Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure availability of vehicles
- Utilize outbound sales techniques to generate leads and follow up on inquiries

Skills:

- Bilingual English/ Spanish is a MUST

- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic math for pricing and financial calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Knowledge of sales software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
