Beissel Window and Siding is Hiring a Sales Consultant Near Saint Paul, MN

Beissel Window & Siding is a family owned and operated business with 70 years of excellent customer service. Our sales team develops customized home renovation plans while delivering unparalleled, personalized service to every Beissel customer. You will work directly with customers to meet their home improvement needs by helping them select windows, doors, siding, roofing, and more.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in the home improvement industry.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:

  • Experienced sales consultant who is knowledgeable in multiple areas of home improvement and comfortable with in-home sales
  • Organized, goal-oriented sales leader with attention to detail and a focus on customer needs
  • Driven and experienced self-starter who enthusiastically communicates the value of the Beissel Window & Siding team
  • Highly motivated and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Disciplined individual who is constantly learning and refining our sales approach and processes

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with new and existing customers, schedule meetings and lead showroom and in-home sales presentations that educate customers on the breadth and value of Beissel’s services
  • Identify customer needs and develop collaborative solutions that bring their visions to life
  • Negotiate contract details and close sales
  • Manage multiple projects throughout all stages to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proactively maintain and submit contract details and orders
  • Attend team sales reviews and training meetings, with a collaborative focus on sharing successful strategies
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other team members

Qualifications:

  • HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure
  • Functional Tech/Computer/Math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to safely inspect for storm damage including on low to medium slope roofs
  • Selling hours will include mornings, evenings and weekends
