We are celebrating 37 years in business and looking for Customer service individuals to join our family. We are a fast-paced Shipping and Packaging Company catering to the wine industry, serving Napa Valley, Sonoma and beyond.

Requirements and job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Creating invoices using QuickBooks
• Front counter, customer service sales
• Ability to run a cash register and process credit card payments.
• Assist with packaging and preparing shipments.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (case of wine) on a daily basis with no restriction.
• Pulling and preparing product orders for will call and deliveries.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Receive, process inbound shipments and returns from UPS.
• Greeting Customers who enter our store and guide them in the right direction of products and or services.
• Process and track shipping labels
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
