This is a complete PRN Role with scheduled time off coverage needed.

The school day is typically 6-7 hours per day while the rest of the shift is spent riding the bus. You will be called upon in the event of a sick day, PTO day and or other time off needs. The hired nurse must be willing to drive to patients home to ride the school bus to and from the home with the child. In the school setting, its total patient support with applicable support in building for patient lifting and such.

We are looking for 1 dependable nurse. We are counting on that special nurse to provide our high standard of care so patients can live a more full and complete life. We need a 5-Star Nurse who is professional, self starters, and can complete task/charting every 2hrs. Applicants should be detailed orientated, and a natural problem solver with a great personality? Required Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Valid & Active Illinois Nursing License

Current CPR, issued by AHA or Red Cross

Current Hep B test within last 9 months

Current TB Test Results within last 9 months

Health Physical within last 9 months

G-tube experience is desired, min 6 months

Must have Vent and Trach experience

Must have seizure disorder experience

Must pass DCFS screenings and mandatory reporting training

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to pass a series of background and drug screenings.
