The role is for M,W,F 6a to 4p.

We are looking to add 1 more FT nurse to the current team of nurses to help support the family. This opportunity will be for both home and school. You will arrive at 6a to get child ready for a 730a bus departure. Spend the typical 6 to 7 hours per day in school providing 1:1 total care. Then return home and wrap up the 1 to 1.5 hours at home.

No vent, but must be familiar with trachs, gtube feeds and seizure disorders.

We are looking for a quality, dedicated nurse. We want nurses that are dependable and want to learn. We want those who are professional, self-starters, and can complete task/charting every 2hrs. Required Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Valid & Active Illinois Nursing License

Current CPR, issued by AHA or Red Cross

Current Hep B test within last 9 months

Current TB Test Results within last 9 months

Health Physical within last 9 months

G-tube & Trach experience desired, but not required.

Must be able pass background checks

Must be able to pass drug screen

Must pass DCFS screenings and mandatory reporting training

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
