Summary: The Sales Consultant is responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the appropriate vehicle to meet their needs while ensuring each customer has an exceptional dealership experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a positive and supportive sales culture.
• Engage with customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Follows safeguards, rules, and regulations.
• Generate sales leads using video marketing and social media posts.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year retail or hospitality experience required – Previous experience in automotive preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
• Intermediate computer skills
• An inclusive attitude that embraces diversity and values the contributions of all team members.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
