Summary

The Workforce Management Analyst (WFM) facilitates relationships between CTHS IT Teams, Technology Vendors, HR Department, internal work streams, SMEs and business Leads. This position provides internal support for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application specific to WFM to maintain all levels of the ERP life cycle connected to it.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between CTHS IT Teams, Technology Vendors, internal work streams, SMEs and business Leads. 
• Serves as the primary representative for developing and supporting WFM while ensuring appropriate coordination and escalation across service lines and between organizations 
• May review and process systematic tickets or transactions related to WFM maintenance while working towards solutions timely, responsively and proactively 
• Provides internal support when questions and issues arise associated with WFM product or services 
• Assists in relevant due diligence processes including but not limited to contract process and ensures vendors meet contractual obligations 
• Develop and maintain process improvement solutions for the WFM impacting the employee lifecycle 
• Creates and continuously evaluates functionality of WFM, revises code and/or process and education as needed. Troubleshoots issues and verifies solutions with work stream, SME and business leads 
• Collaborates with appropriate teams and leads to prepare for and test updates while leading project plans and disseminates end results as needed 
• Develops and trains work streams, SMEs, leaders and business leads on Standard Operating Procedures, may create policies and education as applicable to serve organization requirements 
• Reviews existing WFM applications, systems, databases, interfaces, and/or applicable logic to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements to optimize WFM 
• Performs database analysis; codes and/or tests to ensure successful and seamless communication among the various systems and application components that connect to WFM 
• Leads any strategy planning for WFM as assigned 
• Performs any other appropriate departmental or organizational related duties as assigned not limited to WFM, ERP or HR

Qualifications

Required: 

• Strong communication skills 
• Experience in Project Management with external vendors 
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis with technical systems 

• Experience with Infor ERP WFM 
• Experience with budget, contract and fiscal related IT functions 
• Experience with developing education and training on systems 
• Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology or related field 
• Two (2) years experience in Information Technologies, Information Systems, or similar department, with ERP or WFM Management
