CarSaver Management LLC is Hiring a Dealer Operations Administrative Coordinator Near Nashville, TN

As the Dealer Operations Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the growth of our organization. As a key team member, you will be expected to be organized, to have a positive attitude, and to consistently keep our organization flowing smoothly. We are looking for a one-of-a-kind Dealer Operations Administrative Coordinator who is an expert at multi-tasking and is flexible to business needs. This position will report directly to the Director of Client Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures eligible sales/vehicles are enrolled in the CarSaver Lifetime Warranty
  • Ensures dealer warranty invoices do not exceed 90 days past due
  • Ensures CarSaver warranties are finalized for activation
  • Ensures CarSaver Protection Plus enrollments are reported for invoicing
  • Ensures all new onboarding dealers are assigned to a Success Manager
  • Assists in ensuring Success Managers are reaching out daily according to where the dealer is in the process.
  • Assists in ensuring dealer and support tickets are assigned and updated regularly, and promptly.
  • Co-Management of team reports by ensuring they are updated according to applicable timelines and distributed as needed to appropriate departments.
  • Aids staff, managers, and leadership as needed
  • Additional projects, reporting, and tasks as needed.
  • Help execute CarSaver's business, brand, and product to create best-in-class practices in customer service for our dealer partners.
  • Build excellent relationships with our dealers by providing clear and thorough guidance as a subject matter expert.
  • Deliver results by leveraging relationships and program expertise.
  • Provide efficient responses to all requests promptly.
  • Master all forms of communication to support dealerships in the CarSaver portal
  • Enthusiastically educate and assist dealerships by answering product and service questions via inbound calls, ticketing system, e-mail, and outbound phone calls
  • Research and guide dealerships in areas where opportunities for improvement are found.
  • Resolve dealership challenges by being able to identify the source of the problem, determine the best solution, and conduct follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Document any process or technical challenges to ensure product quality and development via the CarSaver portal.
  • Exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Unique ability to use a phone and computer simultaneously
  • Aptitude for quick retrieval and communication of web-based information
  • Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
  • Automotive experience not required but a plus
