We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and/or Customer Service Management and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value to our clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building genuine and lasting client relationships.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• A positive and can-do attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients and support to teammates.
