Responsibilities:

• Maintain and drive high expectations for total store. examples. Store recipes, product ordering, food quality, sanitation requirements.

• Teaches and trains promoting future growth. 

• Following all food process and procedures, while maintaining 1st in class food quality.

• Manages food programs, food products, limited time offers and being rush ready.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge. Skills and Abilities: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 

• Previous experience supervising others, preferred 

• Must be at least 18 years old 

• Computer literacy 

• 2-3 years supervising others required, preferably in convenience store, fast food, restaurant or retail operation 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Strong commitment to teamwork and being a servant leader

Working Conditions:

• Retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products. 

• Constant standing with frequent bending and lifting. 

• Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in all weather conditions, unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
