Position Overview:
Carrington Medical is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our team full- or part-time. This role is critical to shaping our patients' experience, from the warm welcome they receive to the professional support during procedures, and the meticulous care in managing their treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and aesthetics, complemented by skills in social media and community engagement, to contribute to the growth and outreach of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and manage patient flow, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide detailed information on wellness and aesthetic services, assisting patients in making informed decisions.
• Support the physician and aesthetician during procedures, upholding the highest safety and patient care standards.
• Conduct patient histories, assist in treatments, and ensure a seamless operational flow.
• Communicate effectively with patients directly, over the phone, and through digital channels, maintaining a supportive and engaging relationship.
• Manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR) accurately, including appointment scheduling, patient intake, and communications.
• Participate in and contribute to promotional events, enhancing the practice's visibility and patient engagement.
• Maintain inventory control of medical and aesthetic supplies, ensuring readiness and organization.
• Help create and distribute patient education materials, enriching patient knowledge and engagement with our services.
• Serve as a liaison with suppliers, fostering positive and productive relationships.
• Create engaging social media content to promote the practice, highlighting our unique approach to wellness and aesthetics, and engaging with our community online.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel welcome and informed.
• Professional demeanor, reflecting the high standards of Carrington Medical.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking and maintaining a smooth office flow.
• Team player with a proactive attitude, ready to support colleagues and contribute to the practice's success.
• Preferred prior experience in a medical assistant role, particularly in wellness or aesthetic settings.
• Preferred experience with social media platforms, including content creation and community engagement, to promote the practice and interact with our audience.
