• Graduate degree with a major in Nursing, if graduate degree is not in Nursing then a minimum of BSN.
• Arizona RN
• BLS for Healthcare Providers
• MSN or higher- a minimum of two years as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
• At least one year of experience with clinical rotations

Education and/or ExperienceMust meet or exceed all standards listed in Minimum Qualifications report. Required degree(s) must be from institutions accredited by U.S. accrediting agencies. Degrees from non-U.S. institutions are recognized only if equivalence has been established and provided.Instructors must have the required certificates, licenses and registrations required for clinical instruction.
