Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and sales growth within our restaurant
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of servers, bartenders ,support staff and Culinary Team members
- Budget and write all FOH schedules to the needs of the restaurant.
- Provide guidance and support to Mico's (Team Members of Carrabbas)
- Monitor and evaluate the service of all FOH Micos. Ensure that we are meeting the needs of all of our guest on a daily basis.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of all of our Liquor ,beer and wine.
- Maintain a positive and supportive role in all of our Micos development and training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with Culinary department so that execution of all events and service times are smooth and fluent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in all departments of service management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of PnL functions and budget awareness.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and sales processes
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs of team on a daily basis. Give 1 on 1's on a quartlerly basis.
