**The Goat seeks to hire a full time Kitchen Manager to join the team in Gahanna, Ohio!**
This role is responsible for managing and leading kitchen standards, training and developing staff, ensuring the kitchen meets or exceeds all internal standards, and preparing orders to recipe specifications while maintaining a sanitary work station.
Qualified applicants will have achieved a High School Diploma or equivalent. ServSafe certification required. Previous experience leading bar or restaurant kitchen operations required. Applicants must have strong leadership skills. Applicants must be able to multi-task, maintain a sense of urgency at all times, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, environment. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, be a team player and have a positive attitude. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills. Applicants must be able to follow and adhere to all alcohol service and Ohio liquor laws.
