Warehouse Associate / Inventory Control
Job Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Starting Pay: $16 and up.
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm; Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the warehouse. This includes material handling, assisting with inventory maintenance, moving materials for current job orders, and working with receiving to verify package items.
Attention to detail, and accuracy is important in this role. Top candidates will have strong organizational skills and work well under deadlines.

What Will Your Job Look Like?
Maintain inventories of all inventoried items – includes CLM (Carr Lane Manufacturing) parts and raw materials of all sizes and consistency.
Assist and participate in inventory cycle counts-Digitally and raw material. Stage parts and materials for job orders-will include frequent lift and place product of various weights, weighing up to 50 pounds on pallets and totes of various heights.
Properly pull and put away material and record transactions in a hand-held computer.
Receive packing slips and verify quantities of items against purchase orders.
Integrity: Must comply with the company's safety, concern for quality standards and policies.
Operates all CLM equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of job functions.

All you need is…
High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail
Must possess the ability to gain a knowledge of and understanding of the inventoried items

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment (Will include machines, noise, moving items, tools and continuous movement of people and parts.)
Prior experience in warehouse / materials environment
The worker is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
Frequently lift boxes and totes containing parts and materials.
