We offer the following:
- Base Pay: $40,000 Commission & Bonuses
- 90 day paid training
- Full Time: 5-day work week (Tuesday to Saturday: 9am-5pm)

- Provide outstanding customer service and determine flooring needs
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products and services provided
- Build strong client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
- Schedule appointments to visit customer’s homes or workplace to provide product and design advice
- Be point of contact for customer to provide following: flooring samples, complete & review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed for project, create estimate/proposals
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and to order materials for active projects
- Manage time between the showroom and prospecting in the community
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Interior Design, or similar role
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, interior design, or a similar field a plus
- Basic computer/social media, iPad, and math skills a must
- Proper phone etiquette
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced time management skills
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of Pacific Solutions a plus (Willing to train)
- Use the response option in this job board
