Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in beauty products. Your main goal will be to assist customers in finding the right products to enhance their beauty and confidence.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty needs

-Have an outgoing personality to pull customers into the space
- Offer product recommendations based on customers' preferences and skin type
- Demonstrate and apply makeup and skincare products to showcase their benefits
- Educate customers on proper product usage and provide beauty tips and tricks
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate discounts, taxes, and change for customers
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products is desirable
- Cosmetology license or certification is a plus

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide product recommendations
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling transactions
- Multilingual abilities are an asset for assisting diverse customers
- Familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous
