We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to help with the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual able to undertake a variety of operational tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Office Assistant responsibilities: answering phones, handling customer issues, scheduling, billing, assisting with office paperwork.
Bookkeeping responsibilities: data entry, processing payments, billing, bank and credit card reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll entries.
Skills: carpet product knowledge, knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks, working knowledge of office equipment, basic math skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
