Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. Your attention to detail and strong leadership skills will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any maintenance issues
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns or requests
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
