CaroMont Health is hiring a Part-time Assistant Nurse Manager to work Weekend Night shifts within our 4 North- Intermediate Coronary Care Telemetry team at the CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC!

Sign-on Bonus up to $13,000 (Full Time) based on experience!

4 North-Intermediate Coronary Care Telemetry Unit was formerly known as the Heart Failure Telemetry Unit (HFTU) and Cardiovascular Surgical Unit (CVSU)

Assistant Nurse Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership, manages, and coordinates activities of an assigned nursing department.
• Participates in the coordination of patient care and departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission statement and values

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).
• BSN preferred.
• Two years nursing experience in an acute hospital preferred with outstanding leadership skills documented Thorough knowledge of specialty nursing principles, methods, and technique
•  Able to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professional, and families.
• Considerable ability to manage, coach, and provide motivated environment.
