Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking an Marketing Operations System Manager to help plan and direct systems related activities associated with marketing operations and help determine goals for the CRM team. The Marketing Operations System Manager will serve as the leader for the use and application of the marketing system tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategize the development of systems and processes in order to support the needs of the business including recognizing opportunities to improve system efficiencies and oversee the activities to implement them.
• Define, plan and oversee execution of marketing system projects including the implementation of new and existing systems and processes as they relate to the marketing organization.
• Continuously assess and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor marketing systems team members.
• Assist in scoping, evaluating, and negotiating various system and software contracts.
• Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors, staying informed about updates, new features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, integration of systems and implementation of tools that interact with marketing systems including IT, Accounting, Legal and Human Resources.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and marketing leadership.
• Implement and maintain data governance best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of marketing data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s ’Degree in business, computer science, engineering or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 AEC 360 and BST.
• Experience in enterprise resource planning.
• Experience with System Project Management.
• 10 years of AEC industry experience.
• Strong collaboration and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.

Pay Range

$130,000 to $155,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
