Job Title: Baler Operator
- Direct and lead the baling operation.
- Clean and inspect balers before they are sold to customers.
- Tend automatic machine that stacks bales on pallets for storage or shipment.
- Assist coworkers working on other balers to keep them from getting behind.
- Operate paper baler/ operate forklift and bobcat, sorting line and perform material inventory.
- Operate and troubleshoot automatic stackers.
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (pending order completion)
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
- Ability to push, pull, and carry products
- Hourly wage: $11.16
- Overtime pay is provided for any hours worked over 8 hours per day
- Excellent benefits package
