Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality to join our team. As the Director of Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and improvement within our organization. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong fiscal management, project management, and healthcare management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Manage and supervise the quality assurance team
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to quality assurance
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with medical management to ensure quality of care
- Manage medical records systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

Skills:
- Senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of medical records systems and their role in quality assurance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
