CTS Health Services is a community mental health services center that specializes in a holistic approach to health and wellness for children, parents, and adults of varying circumstances and mental challenges. We provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for our clients and their support circles to help our clients navigate through life within their community at their highest level.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Regional Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, they will serve as the communication point person for CTSHealth and the community, stakeholders, and referring. The Liaison is directly responsible for creating demand for the company’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. The Liaison is responsible for implementing the company’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the cobrand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and working to achieve departmental and CTSHealth business development goals. Must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment.

**There is daily travel involved (minimal overnight) with occasional weekends/evenings.**

Essential responsibilities of our Regional Community Liaison, but not limited to, are:

• Communicate with the public on behalf of CTSHealth. Attend and speak at meetings and events promoting current and new services sponsored by CTSHealth.
• Develop and maintain new and existing referral lines for CTSHealth services in territory assigned.
• Identify trends, market shifts, and needs inside and outside assigned territory.
• Meet marketing contact goals and objectives as identified with supervisor on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Plan and work alongside other programs and departments for presentations and events as determined by the Marketing Department strategic plans and goals.
• Support and connect with the digital and social marketing needs for the region supported in coordination with the plans and needs of the marketing department.
• Identify concerns and needs within CTSHealth and referent relationships to support for best referral outcomes.
• Implement CTSHealth’s business and marketing plans, brand and image in assigned territory.
• Facilitate contact with community, organizations, agencies, etc. in person, virtually, digitally, telephonically, and in text.
• Communicates Marketing Department opportunities and concerns that he/she identifies as urgent/high priority effectively to Marketing Director and CTSHealth department leads for follow-up and support. Presents well-researched and clear information in an organized manner.
• Travel – driving various distances inside and outside state.
• Occasional evening, weekend hours, and overnight travel.

Qualifications of our Regional Community Liaison, but not limited to, are:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Two years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, with executive level healthcare relationships preferred.
• Knowledge of the Illinois behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, region, and referral sources (behavioral and physical health, as well as substance use disordered programing).
• Capable of operating independently and effectively; self-motivated.
• Must be able to analyze, plan, and follow-through for maximum effectiveness with the assigned target markets.
• Experience in developing new territories in target markets with customer base.
• Consistent ability to close sales and achieve assigned objectives.
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse terminology.
• Customer service in the health care field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and current registration for state of residence required.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Polish preferred.
