We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of mental health services to our clients. You will work with individuals, families, and groups to promote emotional and mental health by creating access to emergent mental health services within the community. Our providers provide clinical assessments, assist in creating treatment plans, monitoring progress, and helping patients develop healthy coping strategies.

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Maryland
• Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling from an accredited institution
• Previous experience providing mental health services to clients in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs
• Developing treatment plans to address clients' mental health concerns
• Providing counseling and therapy to clients in individual, family, and group settings
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care to clients
• Keeping detailed and accurate records of clients' treatment progress
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in mental health
