Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team and support the organization on a part time basis. We are open to candidates who can work between 8-24 hours per week and at least three Saturday's per month. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 year of retail experience
• Strong leadership skills and customer service management abilities
• Excellent communication
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for extend periods of time

Hours and Pay:

• $15-16 Per Hour- Based on experience
• Must be able to work three Saturday’s per month
• Open for individuals to work 8-24 hours per week
• Hours are 10am-6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
