Front Office Receptionist

Location: Spartanburg, SC, 29303

Job Description

The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Check patients in via the EMR system
  • Collect patient demographic and insurance information and capture images of insurance cards and driver's licensesCollect Co-Pays
  • Balance end-of-the-day deposits
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Qualified candidates must have previous medical office experience, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be organized and detail-oriented. Excellent benefits and competitive compensation package.
