- Oversee assigned hardscape installation projects ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, on time and budget.
- Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
- Manage time, productivity, project budgets, and material record keeping.
- Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, team members and managers throughout the entire project.
- Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
- Must possess ability to communicate effectively with management, crew and clients to meet project deadlines
- Manage time, productivity, project budgets, and material record keeping
- Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate plan drawings and specification documents.
- Own form of reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 80lbs unassisted
- Not afraid of heights
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate hardscape plan drawings and specification documents.
- Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.
- Operate skid steers, compact excavators, chainsaws, power tools, and other specialized equipment.
