Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and possess excellent attention to detail. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas within the dealership or service center
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces
- Utilize buffing and polishing tools to restore paintwork to a high shine
- Conduct custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the detailing department
- Assist in other tasks as assigned by management
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Detailer or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in various detailing techniques, including buffing, polishing, and waxing
- Knowledge of window tinting procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with custodial duties and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
