Carolina Commercial Contractors, LLC is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Sanford, NC

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator at Carolina Commercial Contractors, LLC will assist with the management and coordination of construction projects. This is a full-time, salaried administrative role, and the individual will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This is an in person position located in Sanford, North Carolina. 
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders
- Prepare and process project-related documents, such as contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety standards are met
- Communicate with clients and team members to keep them informed on project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget and expenses, providing regular updates to the Project Manager
- Identify and help resolve any conflicts or delays on the project site
- Keep accurate and organized project records and documents
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or related construction field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, Procore
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to the project site and work flexible hours when needed
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and codes
