We are looking to hire a Relocation Coordinator. This position is a part-time temporary contract role. The ideal candidate is an individual who is organized, energetic, professional, and work with a sense of urgency. The schedule for this role is typically Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, with flexibility to some evenings. This position will work as part of our project relocation team and will require familiarity with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA) and HUD.

Relocation Coordinator Role:
The Relocation Coordinator manages residential tenant households who will be temporarily or permanently displaced as a result of federally funded rehabilitation efforts. Relocation assistance and placement services are eligible to residents in the Sanford, North Carolina area. The coordinator is responsible for interfacing regularly with clients, residents, managements teams and vendors. The duties listed below illustrate the various types of work that may be performed. This position requires constant walking and standing throughout the community to perform certain duties of the job. The ideal candidate can manage a flexible work schedule and prioritize their task.
Education and Experience
Associate degree in business, sociology, or urban development and one (2) years’ experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to fulfill essential position functions.

The employee receives directions from the Relocation Manager/Director of Operation of DELCK Group LLC. Courses of action, deadlines and priorities are established by policy, procedure, rule, regulation, depending upon the assignment. The employee has no supervisory responsibility.
