Carolina Comfort Air, Inc, located in Clayton, NC is looking for an experienced, Service Coordinator to help the Service Department schedule appointments and help maintain daily and on call schedules for our Service Technicians. *Must have 2 years of Dispatching Experience*
Weekly Schedule: Mandatory (4) days in office and (1) remote work from home. Sat-Sun remote work from home. Training in office for 4-5 weeks. Manager will update on required in office days.
40 Hours Weekly: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, rotating weekends. When scheduled to work on Sat/Sun-employee will receive a $2.00 differential
Summary/Objective: The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments with CCA clients and maintaining the Service Technicians daily and on call schedules. This involves dispatching for service calls, scheduling return trips and maintaining the customer database with current information. Must be a team player and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
· Responsible to take all incoming calls as received.
· Respond to all messages left overnight. Web requests, voicemails, other emails
· Responsible for mapping calls in the most efficient routes.
· Be able to multi-task within email and phone demand.
· Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as calls are received.
· Create work orders for all service calls.
· Maintain the Dispatch Board and filing system.
· Maintain the Maintenance Agreements, including billing, scheduling, database information, customer hard files and renewals.
· Help Service Manager with marketing issues as directed.
· Update customer files as information is received from installation. (Extended Warranties, equipment info, new customers, etc.)
· Type service contract proposals for new customers.
· Maintain on call schedule, to include 1st on call and standby technician.
· All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-5 years customer service experience
- 2-5 years call center experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must deliver exceptional customer service
