**Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous manner

- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence

- Handle patient check-ins, verify insurance information, and collect payments

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Provide support to the office staff as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred

- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems, MOD MED "EMR" EXPERIENCE helpful

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Knowledge of podiatry office procedures is a plus

- Familiarity with phone systems and basic administrative tasks

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
