Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for managing financial records, performing audits, and providing financial advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, regulatory reporting, and financial auditing. Duties: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement - Provide guidance on tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses - Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of debits and credits - Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payment of invoices - Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or other industry-specific tools - Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices - Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for improving financial performance - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification required - Proven experience in private equity, financial auditing, and regulatory reporting - Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks - Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to clients and colleagues - Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to provide strategic insights based on data analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
