Responsibilities

As a valuable CNA within our organization, you will play a critical role in offering the best care to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation,
• Ensuring that our clients receive their prescribed medications on time and correctly, in close collaboration with other healthcare professionals,
• Monitoring and recording the clients' health vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.,
• Providing support with light housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and serene environment,
• Acting swiftly and professionally in emergency situations following established protocols,
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our esteemed clients.

Qualifications:

To be tremendously successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following:

• Profound understanding of basic patient care procedures and medical terminologies,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proficient in maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to high ethical standards,
• CPR and First Aid Certified, or be willing to obtain,
• Physical ability for regular lifting and transferring of patients, if required.
• High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• 18 years of age or older
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
