We are a boutique style cosmetic and family dental practice searching for a detail oriented, customer service friendly individual to join our administrative team. We are located in Carmel, IN currently looking for a full time (Monday-Friday) front office team member. Primary roles include all aspects of front office duties such as friendly customer greetings at check in and check out, scheduling patients, friendly and caring phone skills, knowledge in the field of dentistry, insurance verification, appointment auditing, recall tracking and overall superb customer service. The ideal candidate must be a team player and enjoy coming to work with a fun group dynamic. We enjoy our time together treating patients! Softdent experience a plus, not a requirement.
