As our receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of Carlson Distributing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing front desk operations efficiently and professionally
• Handling phone calls, inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate channels
• Greeting visitors with warmth and addressing their concerns
• Managing office supplies and organizing paperwork
• Assisting with data entry and mail handling
• Providing information to staff, clients, and the public as needed
• Collaborating effectively with team members and customers
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• High School diploma/GED or higher education
• Previous office experience demonstrating independence and teamwork
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to pass drug screening

Physical Requirements: This role involves:

• Sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
• Manual dexterity for handling equipment and documents
• Vision capabilities for close work and spatial awareness
• Ability to handle occasional stress in interactions with others
