ACCOUNTS PAYABALE CLERK Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure proper coding and posting of all accounts payable invoices.
• Distribute incoming payables to appropriate department managers for approval.
• Manage all batch checks and direct check requests for multiple entities.
• Reconcile all vendor and manufacturer statements monthly and ensure payment is processed in a timely manner.
• Reconcile intercompany payable and receivable schedules on a monthly basis.
• Review and maintain appropriate schedules.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Strong computer skills including Excel
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• General accounting knowledge
• Ability to function in a team environment. Willing to be flexible and patient with others in the dealership and externally
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Driven and motivated by a fast-paced environment
