Under general direction,

1. Assembles company products and equipment
2. Process PO receipts.
3. Maintain a file of entered packing lists for PO items. 
4. Order and process spare parts, equipment services, manufacturing, office, and other supplies.
5. Receive incoming shipments and deliver them to the system assembly area (job shelf) or other appropriate area/person.
6. Stock parts in the appropriate locations 
7. Pulls parts needed for assembly
8. Builds pallets for shipping
9. Prepare paperwork and pack outgoing spare parts shipments daily and systems as scheduled. Complete necessary bills of lading or airbills.
10. Operates forklift to allocate heavy parts and to unload packages from the delivery truck
11. Process spare parts shipping transactions
12. Process raw material stock transfer inventory transactions
13. Prepare Foreign (Export invoices as required)
14. Select and schedule freight carriers for outgoing shipments.
15. Check receipts against purchase orders for proper shipment, shortages, damages, and defects.
16. Complete receiving reports and move or expedite material to proper storage location.
17. Creates BOM for standard manufacturing components/spares in support of new configurations and deviations.
18. Manages all inventory transactions and is responsible for root cause and corrective action of daily negative reports.
19. Comply with company policies, ISO standards, and safety rules.
20. Maintains the cleanliness, safety and orderliness of the internal shop environment; cleans restrooms; mops floors
21. Perform other related duties a assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma; three to five years shipping and receiving experience; excellent interpersonal communication skills. One year trade school or specialized training in mana mechanical field

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently required to walk or move through the facility, lifting average-weight material. Occasionally required to lift or move heavyweight material up to 70 pounds, move packages, pull hand carts, climb into the forklift, drive forklift, reach, crouch, bend, read a computer screen, address labels, and keyboard. The job requires frequent mental and visual attention, where the workflow is intermittent, or the operation involves waiting for a machine or process to complete a cycle with some checking. High attention to detail.
